Reasons for insufficient pressure
1. The gas consumption is greater than the gas supply
The discharge pressure of the compressor can not reach the rated pressure. One common reason is that the user's gas consumption suddenly increases. One compressor is not enough, and it is too wasteful to open another compressor.
2. The air filter is blocked
Among the alarm faults of screw compressor, the most frequent problem is filter blockage. The filter element is composed of a metal mesh cylinder and a cotton paper core. The mesh is used for air intake, and the cotton paper core is used for filtering impurities in the air. The two-way combination can filter clean air. However, the filter element will be blocked after a period of operation. When we open the clogged filter, we will find that a layer of black dirt will hang on the original white tissue paper core. These dirt will block the filter element mesh, making the compressor air blocked when passing through, thus reducing the amount of compressed air passing through, not reaching the sufficient amount of compressed air required by the user, thus forming the pressure lifting resistance.
3. The solenoid valve cannot be fully opened
There is an iron baffle on the air inlet valve. This baffle sometimes gets stuck at the air inlet if it fails, and the baffle will block the air intake. In this case, the machine will give an alarm. If the baffle is removed, it will also have adverse consequences, the impurities in the air will drive in for a long time, and the dirt intrusion will endanger the downstream components.
4. Pressure sensor fault
Various data of the compressor are collected by sensors, and the pressure sensor will also fail, affecting the accuracy of the pressure data. If abnormal data transmission is found, the fault shall be eliminated or the sensor shall be replaced in time to ensure the accuracy of data. If the pressure can go up and the transmitter output cannot go up, check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked. If it is confirmed that there is no fault, check the wiring mode and power supply. If the power supply is normal, simply pressurize to see if the output has changed, or check whether the zero position of the sensor has output. If there is no change, the sensor has been damaged and should be replaced in time.
5. Pressure regulator failure
The pressure regulator is automatically adjusted during operation, which can make the system pressure reach the basic balance. In case of failure, it should be repaired in time.
