Precautions for using the air compressor after water accumulation and soaking
First of all, we need to understand why the screw air compressor accumulates water:
1. When the screw air compressor is running, the compressed air contains condensed water in the atmosphere. During the continuous operation of the machine, after the oil temperature gradually rises to 80°C, the condensed water in the oil begins to volatilize, and the water is discharged with the compressed air. in the gas tank.
2. The operating load rate of the screw machine is seriously low due to the selection of models or the user's small gas consumption, resulting in the screw oil temperature not reaching above 80°C for a long time, the oil and gas barrels starting to accumulate water, and the oil separation core being overloaded and quickly failing. In severe cases, the oil will deteriorate and emulsify, causing the rotor of the main engine to be rusted and stuck.
Pay particular attention to the following situations:
• Factory trial production stage
• Conditions of high humidity and humid environment
• The load rate of the unit is low
• If the exhaust temperature is low, take corresponding measures immediately - Check the oil level frequently to see if there is an abnormal rise - Before each startup, drain a little lubrication from the oil drain pipe at the bottom of the oil and gas cylinder Oil - try to raise the exhaust temperature (adjust the fan temperature switch, etc.)
Waterlogged Solutions
1. In the case of low gas consumption or high humidity, the screw machine should be shut down for 6 hours and the condensed water in the oil and gas barrel should be emptied regularly until the oil flows out. (How long it takes to discharge is determined by the operating environment of the screw machine).
2. Appropriately discharge the pressure of the back-end gas storage tank, and artificially raise the oil temperature to above 80 °C for operation.
3. If the air consumption is particularly small, the user should adjust the fan temperature switch and adjust the heat dissipation appropriately, and increase the oil temperature (block the air inlet or air outlet).
4. Check the oil level before starting the machine to see if there is an abnormal rise or oil emulsification. If an abnormal situation occurs, take corresponding measures immediately.
