For air-cooled units, the corresponding method is to ensure that the ambient temperature of the air compressor station does not exceed 35 °C. Otherwise, some cooling measures should be taken, such as blowing cold air conditioners or setting the inlet of the air duct in a cool corner to reduce the inlet temperature of the cooling air and ensure sufficient cooling air intake.

2. Frequent bathing method: Pay attention to the maintenance and cleaning of the cooler. The cooling fins of the air-cooled unit need to be cleaned frequently to avoid dirt and blockage. The cooler of the water-cooled unit is fouled. High humidity will increase the water content in the exhaust and oil-air separator of the unit, and the lubricating oil with water will cause the danger of emulsification and deterioration of the lubricating oil. At the same time, this also increases the water removal load of the downstream equipment refrigerated dryer and suction dryer, resulting in excessively high moisture content in the exhaust air. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly maintain the air compressor steam trap to remove internal rust and other dirt to ensure its normal operation.

B. The air moisture content is high. If the trap effect is not good, the components will rust. Dirty blockage will affect the small passages in the trap. In severe cases, the unit will not be able to load and unload normally, and the pressure rise will cause the safety valve to detonate. Regular maintenance of steam traps and replacement of maintenance parts is an essential measure.

C. Under high temperature and high humidity, the parts of the unit are more likely to rust and the service life is shortened, so the rainproof measures of the air compressor station should be guaranteed.

D. There is a trick to long-term downtime

The danger of failure caused by the long-term shutdown of the air compressor will be more serious. When the machine is shut down for a long time, the air humidity will reduce the insulation of the unit, and the circuit will be short-circuited due to moisture. In addition, the head screw and the cavity are also prone to rust, and in severe cases, there may be a stuck phenomenon. 1. The air storage tank is one of the most used equipment in the entire compressed air system. An automatic drainer is installed, the safety valve is checked regularly, the pressure gauge indicates normal, and the pipe and valve for draining oil and water are installed at the lower end of the air storage tank. 2. The air compressor is safe to use electricity. The selection of the diameter of the power cord during the installation of the air compressor is also a serious test in the high temperature season in summer. The air circuit breaker matched with the air compressor must be in the disconnected position during the maintenance of the air compressor, and during the maintenance and maintenance, a warning sign shall be attached to indicate that the equipment is under power outage maintenance, and the contact information of the maintenance person shall be marked.
