Although the current air compression system has high automation functions, not all equipment has intelligent conditions. Moreover, in some places where it is difficult to monitor with machines, employee inspection is a very important content. During the patrol inspection, visual inspection of the 440v screw air compressor can find potential problems before they become complex work or replace parts, and eliminate them in the bud. After the maintenance plan is scientifically formulated, it should be strictly . This includes not only replacing the filter and adding lubricating oil when necessary, but also checking the pipes, valves, fittings and connectors that may need to be adjusted after the air screw compressor has been running for a period of time. In particular, "two leaks" need to be carefully investigated:


Air leakage - If it is found that the terminal air pressure is reduced or the compressor efficiency is generally reduced, there may be air leakage. In order to determine whether there is real air leakage, the air compression system/air storage tank can be charged to a certain value when the downstream gas consumption is stopped, the compressor can be stopped, and then the pressure change can be observed. Record the pressure of the system/air tank every minute for 10 minutes. If the pressure gauge suddenly drops or the system automatically restarts, it indicates that there is leakage. Check the valve seals, gaskets, hoses, connections and gas equipment. If the site cannot be stopped for detection or there is other machine noise interference around, and the human ear cannot identify the hissing sound of air leakage, it is recommended to use an ultrasonic leak detector to detect. It should be noted that when disassembling and replacing air compressor components, it is forbidden to operate under pressure, and no maintenance work is allowed when the air compressor is running.


Oil leakage - If the oil level of the compressor drops faster than usual, it may be oil leakage. It is necessary to check whether the oil circuit system of the air compressor has oil leakage, such as oil pipe aging, head oil leakage, cooler oil leakage, etc. Open the door panel of the air compressor and use the flash lamp to see if there is oil at the bottom of the machine. For screw air compressor with drainer, take samples from the water outlet, put them into a clean container for about 5 minutes after draining, and observe whether there is oil film on the surface of the container. Check whether the oil return system of the air compressor is in good condition and whether there is oil in the center of the groove at the bottom of the oil drip point. When installing the oil return pipe, pay attention not to penetrate the bottom of the oil separator.
