Utilizing the characteristics of the stepless speed regulation of the inverter, through the controller or the PID regulator inside the inverter, it can quickly respond to pressure fluctuations and stabilize the air pressure. Compared with the upper and lower limit switch control of power frequency operation, the air pressure is stable.
3. Acceleration and deceleration control soft start and stop without starting peak current.
4. When the whole machine is running stably, the frequency is lower than the frequency of the industrial frequency machine, the noise and mechanical wear are greatly reduced, and the life of the whole machine is prolonged.
