The replacement cycle shall be adjusted according to the use environment and equipment operation time.


Air pipeline filter - The rated value of the inlet filter of the air compressor is about 10 microns, which is mainly used to protect the air compressor, not the downstream equipment. However, it is inevitable that the wear particles produced by the compressor and the degradation of lubricating oil involved in compression will produce deposits. In addition, the oil content at the outlet of oil-injected screw air compressor is more than 3ppm, which will affect downstream equipment and process pollution. Therefore, installing a pipe filter in front of the compressed air user can effectively remove these pollutants. The pipeline filter mainly includes dust removal filter, coalescing filter and adsorption filter, which have their own advantages for different pollutants. For example, the dust removal filter is mainly used to intercept particles with larger diameter, the coalescing filter is mainly used to deal with water, oil and aerosol in the compressed air, and the adsorption filter is used to remove particles or liquids below 0.01 microns.


Steam trap - The function of the steam trap is simply to drain water and block gas, because when the aftercooler of the air compressor cools the air, the oil and water vapor will condense into a mixture of oil and gas. The mixed liquid must be discharged, otherwise it will pollute the air flow and aggravate the purification burden of downstream equipment. Scale, rust, oil sludge and other impurities in the mixed liquid will condense and easily adhere to the drain pipe, causing it to block. If the valve is stuck in the open position, it will cause compressed air leakage and reduce air pressure; If it is stuck closed, the valve will not open and the mixed liquid will flow downstream with the compressed air. Therefore, it is necessary to check and clean the drainage pipe frequently; Check whether the action of drain valve is sensitive and intact.


Oil filter - air compressor oil filter is mainly used to filter metal particles and other impurities in lubricating oil. It can be easily used for six months or more under general conditions, but in special cases, the replacement cycle should be shortened. Clean the oil every time you change the oil filter or separator.

Good lubrication to reduce wear.


There are many functions of lubricating oil in the best quiet air compressor, such as vibration reduction and sealing, but the most important role is to reduce the friction between motor, bearing, rotor and other moving parts. The lubricating oil can also take away the heat generated by the compressed air in the compression chamber, fill the rotor and The clearance between the rotor, the rotor and the main engine housing shall form an airtight seal and remove particles and pollutants from the moving parts. Doing these works will gradually destroy the viscosity and other properties of lubricating oil, thus reducing its effectiveness, such as emulsification and carbon deposition of lubricating oil.
