Main features:
1.The manipulator is with a fully hydraulic telescopic boom, which can be extended and folded in two sections; the big arm can rotate 270° and the small arm can rotate 360°, and folds at 0°. The nozzle of manipulator is sensitive and stable to realize jetting without dead angle.
It is especially suitable for the small-scale working face of single and double side wall excavation, the working face with a large amount of inverted arch, the overhanging working face of the horizontal hole/inclined well, the central deep water ditch and the side wall hole and other working faces.
2.The manipulator adopts engineering chassis, water-cooled turbocharged engine and hydraulic torque converter: strong climbing ability, stable and reliable, and easy maintenance. Adopt special axle for construction machinery: it is with the functions of four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, four-wheel braking, eight-character and oblique running. The manipulator can work stably in the environment with ≤40% gradient and a minimum ground clearance of 400mm, and it also can adapt to various construction conditions .
3.The hydraulic control system adopts electric proportional load-sensitive multi-way valve control, the speed of each action of the boom is infinitely adjustable and can realize remote control. The action is smooth, easy operation and the shotcrete quality is high.
4.The UI adopts a 7-inch LCD screen to display operating data in real time, with functions such as fault diagnosis and alarm prompts.
5.Upgrade the pumping system: optimize the pipeline design, the pumping pressure is low,adapt tovarious material.
6. Using screw type accelerator pump: reliable performance and long service life, the flow can be adjusted on the remote control and man-machine interface
7.Adopts 1000L+500L double acceleration barrel design to meet the needs of large-scale shotcrete construction.
